Thank you for your review of the Cocker Spaniel, Apologies the packaging did not meet your expectations. A selection of Gift boxes are available on the site for purchase, we do not automatically include these due to cost of box, packaging and shipping, so offer of an option for customers wishing to upgrade. This said the doggie would have been presented in an organza pull string bag when the parcel was opened. Customer Services

“I was having trouble getting a Jellycat keyring for a present for my granddaughter,but after looking online found one on your website ,it was easy to order ,the delivery was so quick ,and it came in a lovely organza bag ,which was a lovely touch ,I couldn’t fault the product and the great service ,Thankyou ,I’m already looking for Christmas presents”

“I was looking for a particular teddy for some photography demonstrations. I sent an enquiry through the website and received a reply from Elaine (Head Bear) within a couple of hours with an answer to my query along with some recommendations. I placed an order for Manny the Maine Coon over the weekend and it was promptly dispatched on the Monday morning. Manny arrived in good time and was lovingly packed in a beautiful organza drawstring bag (inside the mailing bag). I will be ordering another one for Christmas as my 9 y/o son is absolutely in love with Manny and he wants one of his own. Thank you Elaine x”
