“Great choice and delivery was fast. I had an issue with checkout but this was handled really well once I called. The order system failed to recognise my payment approval and my order ended up in limbo. One phone call and this was sorted. Easy to do business with. I would use again. Things do sometimes go wrong but it's all about how it gets fixed and dealt with. World of Bears handled the hiccough really well.”

“I have purchased twice this year, these were identical purchases but the prices varied ?. If the manager is not in the shop the purchase is not possible - ring again ? Why can’t someone else expedite orders ?. My second order took three days, as it was Bank holiday week. All staff are very pleasant. Regards. IAN”

Thank you for your review and repeat purchase. Unfortunetly prices do go up which explains the small increase in price, only the manager can authorise telephone orders, as they are non compliant with latest banking standards, so manual security checks need to be performed, the data collected has to be kept secure in safe iaw PCI standards, so that staff do not have access, they are then confidentially shredded after the order has been processed, these processes are used to keep your data confidential under PCI/GDPR Of course if you place online these are done automatically, allowing prompt processing, and nobody within our store can see your card details Regards Customer services 🐻

“I ordered the schnauzer dog toy as a present, it arrived on time and was well received, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that Rosie the schnauzer dog toy (she has been named) was a little out of shape probably from delivery as she was in a nice organza presentation bag and then just in a plastic delivery bag.”

“Service, packaging and delivery were all very good, the dissapointment was the Steif bear itself which looked quite a bit different from the images on the website, but even so, he's a lovely bear and was a pressie for our new granddaughter and they love him.”

“Bear came in a nice bag and I liked the 'head bear' communication. However, slightly concerned that it was for a new born baby and loose fur and fluff was visibly coming off it. We always buy a steiff bear for our grandchildren when born and have never experienced this before. As I needed to give him urgently I didn't have time to query this, so just gave him a good brush in the hope that this will cure it and will monitor the situation.”
