Thank you for your feedback, sorry you were disappointed, the £3.50 was for a Steiff Branded Gift Box, with item wrapped in Acid Free Paper placed inside as per the order. It did not included wrapping paper as this is not offered currently, however we will take this on board for the future, noting it will cost more for a personalised gift wrapping service. Glad you loved the Bear Customer Services :)

“It is a lovely bear but when I opened the box he was squashed looking.which is a great shame. It looks like there was not much care taken . For the amount of money I had to pay. I would think twice about buying from these people again.”

Thank ypu for your review, sorry you are disappointed with the packaging, we use acid free, non bleached tissue paper to wrap the bear in the cardboard box, the bear may have been dislodged during shipping, so glad you love the bear and it was protected during his journey to you.
