“Lovely and affordable products, however being forced to spend £20 before I could place my order, and then having added postage on top of that, really felt like a kick in the teeth. I only proceeded with my order as it was for my young nephew's birthday.”

Thank you for your feedback, Our shipping and charges are transparent on our site, dispatched on the Monday after receiving the order over the weekend, received the next day Tuesday on next day service by courier, we offer Click and Collect which is free, and a cheaper option of Ship to Shop for your convenience. Unfortunately we cannot offer a next day service for free on orders of £20. Glad you loved the products. Customer Services.

“Tbh, for £160 teddy I had expected the bear to be delivered in decent packaging. It arrived with no padding in a shabby 2nd hand box, had I known I would have ordered from a different store…Harrods”

Thank you for your feedback, Sorry you are disapointed with your purchase. I have checked your compliant and confirm a a new shipping box was used as per delivery picture, on checkout there is an option for a steiff presentation gift box which was sadly not selected.

Thank you your feedback, I have checked our records and couldnt find any correspondance, I am glad the box protected the bears inside. Please dont forget if you are not going to be in, to select neighbour or change delivery date via the tracking
