“It’s the second one of these loppers. My friend and I must have cut a million branches with the previous one. Had it the previous one a good few years. It really earned its money and couldn’t believe it lasted so long. The new one, identical replacement is brilliant…. Just as expected.”

“I placed my order on 20th December and, surprisingly, was advised that it would be delivered the next day the 21st. There was no attempt to deliver it on the 21st so I was then advised of a delivery on the 22nd, the 27th and then the 28th, but no delivery. Eventually I received a response from Niall (Customer Services) who promptly sorted out your wayward delivery firm, APC Overnight, who, although they had not even tried to deliver my order returned it to World of Watering. My poor rating is entirely due to the useless APC , but my thanks go to Niall for his efforts in sorting it all out”
