“Paid for express delivery, had to chase up where my order was as it was already late. Told a part was not in stock (it was on the website) and they refunded express delivery (thank you). Eventually everything turned up, box damaged but packaging was otherwise good enough. Overall communication and on time delivery was poor, parts ordered are fine. Cheaper than Amazon, but I’d pay a few extra pounds for reliable delivery and easy returns, especially as I had planned a days work to install and fit which had to be rearranged (micro watering system). Will have to return some bits, so we’ll see how that goes. I’d order from them again, but only if it was the only place that had stock, and as a last resort.”

“I placed a big order with World of Watering that enables me to set up a micro-drip irrigation scheme with Gardena products. There were several different items on my list, all of which I recieved soon after placing the order. I am very grateful for the efficient service and delivery, as well as the useful website that enabled me to identify my needs. Thank you World of Watering!”
