“super unreliable. paid for next day delivery, received order short of 5 items. emailed and chased over the next two days - radio silence. called on third day - was told they are getting remaining in the same morning and those will be with me on the next day. Next day i got a call near end of the day saying they still have not received it and they will send in further 5 days. they also promised to call me again to clarify if they can send some of the remaining items sooner as needed those urgently - not happened. i had to replan all my irrigation installation because their failed delivery and non-existent comms. basically - don’t trust their stock, delivery and especially comms - it’s all over the place”

“Purchased a gardena automatic watering unit when it arrived it had been opened before the plastic screen cover was half on plus when looking at the screen they were marks in the back ground, I contacted them with photos and what looked like possibly a returned item they told me to try putting a battery in and try it, which I had already done, I told them I wasn't happy with the product, after the weekend they said they would send another one asp which they did with a new unopened unit all good now.”

“An item in my order was suddenly out of stock after I placed the order, but world of watering upgraded me for free to a similar item. Great customer service!”

“Ordered and paid for 5 Combisystem Bow rakes, recieved 4 bow rakes. There was no explanation via email or phone or on the paperwork. I chased the order up by phone to find that the person answering had no idea what was going on and guessed they had ran out of stock and now would send the remaining rake when stock came. Better communication would have set my mind at rest.”

“I ordered Gardena StarCut Pro Large, I was told by Niall it was currently out of stock and the product was being changed, but should be back in stock in a few weeks. I was told I could cancel the order or wait for to be in stock, Niall said he would keep me informed when the cutter was in stock, I can only say I was very pleased with the service given.”

“I ordered a Gardena Cleveroll L. When it arrived it seemed very poorly packaged and proved to have been damaged in transit. However, the damaged hose drum was replaced without question. Thus, could have been 5 stars but for the initial packaging.”

“Happy to shop here again as the service is good and is consistently so . I buy Gardena Combi System items which I have been using many many years and they work well for me . Different handle lengths are very useful while using same attachment and the telescopic poles are light enough and great for those higher up jobs whether with the saw or lopper I also have some of the lawn sprinklers and they are very good .”

“Unexpectedly, I have received the most amazing service. Having ordered an extendable pruner, I was informed that it was out of stock, and no longer in production. I was offered my money back or I could wait for the new replacement model. The new model would be more expensive, but World of Watering would honour the price I had already paid. I was told to expect the new pruner sometime in March. Sure enough, it was dispatched and delivered in early March. Very pleased! Well done World of Watering!”
