“I had to return trousers as too small. Then received an email to say you had received them. BUT I then had to chase you up after a few weeks to find out where my replacement trousers were. I was dealt with by a very nice customer service person and my trousers arrived within a couple of days as stated. She was unable to give any explanation as to what had gone wrong to cause such a delay.”

“Proof sent to a staff member who left the company 8 months ago and no-one took notice of the out of office. Then issues with the logos being wither badly printed or attached (6 out of 11 jackets) then I was told the replacements would be with me in time on three occasions but they weren't, even with a weeks notice. Then the additional jacket that was ordered had the wrong logo on it. So they were late for a crew team photo, I am yet to receive the replacements and just hope they make it to the finish of the Fastnet Race so they can have at least one team photos all with their crew kit on.”

“The order was fast, the website was easy to use and the trousers totally are what I was looking for as they help me with my work. Please do not change the style or anything about the trousers, keep them as they are and I will buy more as others in my work will also as they have been asking me where I got them. Thanks”

“Workwear Express are quick to respond, - the person you speak to on the phone, is the person who makes things happen. You're not passed from pillar to post, asked if you wouldn't mind waiting, nor are you fobbed off so you have to chase and chase. They are the best at making their customers happy and nothing is too much trouble. I love them!!”

“Good to a degree. Polo shirts ordered, although one appeared in wrong size and queried this. One piece of clothing still not arrived, lack of communication on where it is. It seems the customer has to chase. Clothes not as good quality as previously and arrived all thrown into a big bag. Embroidery looks good.”

“I was so exited to find finally supplier that can do the products that I was looking for such a long time ! Unfortunately the first order arrived and I was so disappointed to see that my logo that should of been white had black stitching in places and looked awful. I am not an expert in embroidery and would off thought that someone would question this....nobody did. I have sent an email to which I still have no respond. Other issue is COST to high ......such a shame as range of products is amazing !”
