“I ordered 4 plain T Shirts from this Company. They were delivered, sensibly packed within a few days. Unfortunately they were too tight across the chest but when I rang, I was helpfully sent a returns form My replacements are being processed and I look forward to receiving them soon Maureen Durrant”

“Most of the tops ordered fit well. The 2 that didn't were the grey one - gsm was good and heavy but fall was boxy. The long sleeves one didn't fit correctly ( tight under the arms and stomach) Otherwise fabric quality was good and am satisfied .”

“I still haven't received the items I ordered on 20/03/2017. I sent an email to the sales team on 27/03/2017 querying the whereabouts of my items and asked if there was a problem, I included my contact number but as yet have not had any form of response.”

“Awful customer service, it put me off from actually placing an order. I just needed some samples, then I returned them to have them added onto the order I wanted to place and I got credit notes instead when I asked them several times (to several people) I didn't want credit notes. All of my emails were ignored, it was hard to get through your phones as they were always busy when all I wanted was placing an order, unbelievable. Sarah Blevins who was my representative was supposed to give me a call to clarify everything but she never did, instead she just dropped me a random email asking me to call her. Prices are cheap, but I'd much rather look for a new supplier even if it's a bit more to pay, than going through such frustration due to a terrible customer service.”

“Items arrived quickly, I was not pleased with the quality so I was allowed to return at my own expense. Refunding took a month. To be honest, I did not chase them up for 3 weeks after return was acknowledged by them as I was expecting a smooth automatic refund procedure. Once complained received money in two days. I probably would buy again as all in all it was not the worst shopping experience but in the meantime for my needs I will try to shop around.”

“I normally find Workwear Express very good but the last order we placed was disappointing. There were some items for printing/embroidery and some plain cargo pants. The cargo pants did not ship with the other items, when they did ship we were then charged again for these items. I was on leave when the trousers eventually shipped and the extra charge went through so my manager had to sort things out in my absence. Very disappointing from a company who have also been very efficient.”

“Workwear Express's website is very easy to use. I had particular items in mind when I started looking- and found it straight forward to navigate around the site. This is not the case on some 'workwear' sites. The sizing seems to have worked well- at least it has for me. The pricing is better than competitive-particularly for small item numbers. It seems it is even better for large orders of single items. I will be returning to Workwear Express again.”
