“Bad experience on first time purchase. Customer service was poor. Ordered t shirts and selected embroidery. Part of it was missed and then was told it was my fault. Eventually recieved refund after chasing. T shirt quality was good.”

“Still the same excellent price and ultra quick delivery £5.99. Would however like a slower delivery at a 2nd Class lower rate...like say £3. This new lot of 5XL black T-shirts have a different label to the last 5XL that you delivered me some year or so back. I ordered the lowest price garment each time. They still look a great product...but they are slightly narrower. Remember us fatties...and please make a generous 5XL in future.”

“I was very confused that when receiving my Logo Confirmation that there was only 1 x Logo. However, when emailing the Customer Services department, Gemma was very helpful. She replied in seconds and managed to arrange for my other logo to be added straightaway. All be definitely ordering from these again! Thank you once again Gemma.”

“I had a major melt down when we received our garments with the wrong logo, it was another problem that week that made me lose the plot! It really baffled me how it happened, but Gemma Loch stayed very calm and professional with me and came up with a solution to help me out of a predicament. Thank you so much!”
