“After placing my order online and taking my money, I waited ages and no one contacted me. I had to phone to find out where it was to find out my order was out of stock.no one said. And when I gave another option. No one replied so I called and once again it was out of stock and no one told me that either. Matthew was the lads name and was not helpful at all. To be fair. He wasn’t really interested. I will probably be going elsewhere from now on.”

“I have ordered custom company embroidered garments a few times from this company & each time the communication & service overall was poor, the most recent order was incorrect & their fault so I clearly asked for a refund but was sent replacement items instead!! Their embroidery work & prices are average, but overall not a professional company/team with poor customer service.”
