“The items I bought were good quality but unfortunately because they were in men's sizes, they were too baggy & shapeless for my body shape. I returned them over a week ago and I'm still waiting for my refunds (was planning to contact your customer services on Friday if no refund made).”

“We ordered several items of clothing to be embroidered, with express printing, it was stated on the order acknowledgement that shipment was to be dispatched, the 24th of May to arrive the 25th... We then got told it would be delivered today the 31st of May, but when I inquired on it's whereabouts it seems that it's only been dispatched today.”

“Shirt material are a good quality cotton and wash good. However, on the larger sizes (22)the length is not long enough for the larger/taller staff - maybe this is something you could take into consideration.”
