“Bought 5 white blouses, various sizes for band members uniform. All blouses were very good except they were all small for the size stated. If we need any more I would recommend getting a size bigger than normal”

“Workwear Express has left itself dependent on its sole courier's software to track deliveries. Unfortunately, the DPD driver in Buxton cannot follow simple instructions to leave items with 'any neighbour.' The very same autistic DPD driver had failed to leave my deliveries with my neighbours on eight previous occasions. As a paying customer I expect to select a courier service from a list of three companies. As Workwear Express ae wedded to DPD I have no option but to add Workwear Express to my blacklist of online vendors.”

“Ordering on the website made me think I had ordered the logo to be embroidered on each item as the logo came up against each one. When I received the shirts without logos I was told they came through as a plain order, even though I had emailed them and quoted the logos I thought I had ordered. I had to ring to order again, but they came two days after the show they were needed for. Got the refund for the plain shirts on the day of the show... They took a lot of trouble on my first order to make the embroidered logo look good, but it is difficult to find how to order the logos for subsequent orders online.”

“Issue with delivery, selected 24 hour turnaround and was told I hadn't and that it would take 4 days so they arrived after the event they were needed for. When they did arrive the t shirts were of poor quality, can see through them!”

“The customer service I have received has been awful. Firstly the wrong items were delivered, I didn't get a returns label or any information. I had to ask about this which I emailed Connor Lowe about who said 'apologies for the mix up' and gave me a number to call. I then had to print out the collect plus label myself and returned the items, I was going to exchange but thought this would be too difficult. Finally I have been refunded the wrong amount as again the wrong items have been listed that I returned for some reason.I am currently in contact with Janet Fenwick and Mark Graham about this. Overall this has been an appalling service. Nick Barnes”

“I have found the staff at Workwear Express absolutely fantastic to deal with whether it is over the phone or by online chat. Nothing was too troublesome for them to handle, I was treated really well and I actually told the lady I was dealing with how fantastic she was. The quality of their products was also fantastic and I had my polo shirts embroidered with my business logo, they look fantastic. Great company and I would highly recommend them.”
