Unhelpful staff Wrong logo despite specifically asking Collected order after I had to call to see if it was ready and on returning to office discover only half there

Tshirts not delivered on time. They were ordered for a specific event on a Friday Then told they would be with me by Saturday and given 10% of my order. This wasnt good enough but i apologised to people waiting on tshirts and promised i would get them to them on Saturday at the latest. The tshirts arrived MONDAY.

Where do we start? I really do not have time to do this but it's always good to give feedback. Still as of yet not received my order. Placed it on 21st April 2017. Rang a week later to get confirmation and I was told that the order is on its way. After not receiving my parcel I rang again to be told that the order was never processed and it is not on its away. As you can imagine I was a little frustrated as I had a deadline of 12th May to meet. I spoke with Katie who guaranteed the parcels will be with me for my event on the 12th May, unfortunately these never arrived. I asked for refund if you could not guarantee delivery by 12th May but have not received this. I had sent numerous emails but only ever heard sporadically with no real concern. So all in all, I've paid for something that only god knows where it is, I doubt your company knows what's going on. Kind regards, Dr Amit Patel

I ordered two polo shirts that were very urgent. I mentioned on the phone multiple times that they needed to be with me by 10am two days later and was assured multiple times that they would be. I paid a premium for this - £70+ for two branded polo shirts is extortionate in reality, but I would have been happy if they'd been delivered on time. On the morning of delivery, I got a text saying they'd be delivered between 1pm - 2pm - too late for our event. I spoke to the sales rep I'd been dealing with originally and she said I never asked for this service. I asked her if calls were recorded and if she'd look through the calls. She said they were and she'd get back to me - I've never heard anything since. Totally wasted our money, awful customer service. Will never use again.

Over 5 weeks since I approved my artwork and still no product. I have now been told they need to send me the proofs again 😡

Didn't notify me the boots I ordered weren't in stock, were going to make me wait until my boots were in stock to send all items out to me. Left me wondering where my items were and I had to contact them multiple times to sort. I then received my order (minus boots) to find there was an item missing. Had to email 3 different people and it took over a week to resolve. Quick to accept my money but not quick to refund it or send out remaining goods. Would not deal with again

They never respond to emails, they take ages to answer your phone calls, and worst of all they have a 4 month lead time. yes i am not joking - 4 months! Then, when i called to complain about the lead time i was dealt with by a very rude lady. customer service doesn't exist at Workwear Express. not even bad customer service - there isn't any!!

Order arrived over 1 month after placing order. Fobbed off with excuses and delay after delay. Bad customer service offered alternatives but no refund at any time. Would not use this company again under any circumstances.

Ordered plain garments for an urgent job we needed to print for a customers deadline. I was promised the order would be with me the following day, 24hrs later no delivery, after ringing to enquire I'm told that the supplier does not have some of the garments we ordered hence my order has not been despatched. Firstly don't take my order if you can't fulfil it, then if you have done phone me to tell me there is an issue the same day of order not on the day of delivery. Furthermore I'm told that the missing garments would be delivered again the following day, guess what? delivery arrives with 2 more garments missing! - again chased up to be told its not our fault but our supplier has keyed in the wrong colour and sizes. My customer has been let down and not impressed at all with my business getting a bad name for no reason. To top it off the sales woman that took the order had a bad attitude and said that it wasn't there faulty, not sympathetic at all to the issues and did nothing to rectify the situation. When asked for the complaints procedure and the details of the owner, lied by giving incorrect name for the owner and the response was the owner doesn't answer emails and I can deal with your complaint for you. This is the first time I have ordered with this company and I can honestly say never again, they clearly give the impression that they hold stock in house which clearly they don't. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as there are many genuine professional companies out there.

If I could put zero rating then I would. Avoid this so called company. Absolute waste of my time. I have been trying to get my money back for over 2 weeks!!! No one returns your calls or emails. I'm starting small claims court proceedings tonight!!! Makes me sick how they get away with it. DO NOT USE !!!!

WORKWEAR EXPRESS LOST ME £250 TODAY! Placed a small order of a handful of FOTL t-shirts to complete a custom print order of 200 t-shirts with 48hrs left to complete the order for my customer and collect an extra £250 'on-time' completion bonus. Promised 24hr delivery online, phoned the helpline to confirm they definitely had stock and was assured NEXT DAY delivery would happen GUARANTEED... 3 days & 7 phone calls later NOTHING HAS ARRIVED! Turns out the sales department didn't process my order in time and they actually had no internal stock meaning my order was coming direct from their supplier and it will take 6 days in total to get to me. They cost me my £250 bonus and would only offer a measly %10 off my next order by way of apology. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Product never delivered due to inadequate delivery company. Never saw my order but it is certainly well travelled. If making an order, ensure instructions for delivery are in small words and crayons.

Terrible product - arrived damaged (marked and chipped). Personalisation was just a sticker (not as described on order) Complaint email not dealt with - no reply from workwear express. Very disappointed, would not order again and certainly would not recommend. Overpriced for poor quality of product received.

I have ordered numerous items and in the beginning one or two items were okay. As I began to increase my order with various logos, etc I found that I had to return some of my items because the printing or size was incorrect. The inconvenience is what is the worst because I have deadlines in which to have these items available. I have already spent a lot of money and now I'm considering taking this business elsewhere! I just don't need the hassle.
