Caravan was not clean , signal glazed windows very noisy &cold , the can opener did not work ,reported it and took it back at 5.20 saying we where just going to start tea waiting on it , we had to go back at 6.40 asking where it was they give us one there and and then , we did report the van not clean and they sent some out to clean only to find it was still not right, and had to send someone again , 3 times going back and to was very disappointed.

Been touring for 3 years and do tow on tow off. Cleanliness and standards of shower / toilet blocks have gone down hill. Need major revamp lets the site down. Food and drink prices increased quality and quantity decreased and need to change the menu. Disappointed at twitchen too much focus on bigger parks

It was great accommodation, great for daytime activities for the children but absolutely awful at night, loud music in the club house until well past midnight, for families the latest the music should finish is 10.30. Didn't get any sleep at all so couldn't enjoy the daytime, will not be going back again

We went to Twitchen Park, I had been there maybe 20 years ago when I was a child and it was wonderful, I went back in Whitsun 2017 hoping that my children would love it as much as I did. We stayed in a platinum caravan which looked beautiful, we were however very disappointed when nightime came and our children were tucked up in bed only to find loud music being blasted from the clubhouse until after midnight! We knew Twitchen was a busy family park when we booked and enjoyed the daytime activities, we expected evening entertainment to finish at about 10.30 at the latest so to have to listen to screaming, shouting and loud music until after midnight ruined our whole holiday to the point where we had to leave early, it is such a shame as it is a lovely park in the day but until this changes we will not be coming back

I have been to the park every year for the last 3 year it is such a shame that in the 48 hours of getting all my family together your price increases but was give a sripted answer from your call centre and told just to write in if your not happy such a shame.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment Mr Rich. We are upfront with our amendment fee charges, which are still one of the lowest in the holiday park industry, and simply cover the administration required when changing a booking, even if it was made very recently. We do ask guests during the online booking process to check all of the details before confirming their booking. We also offer the option of booking by telephone which many guests still appreciate because it means that our holiday advisors can double check all of the details with you before committing to the holiday contract. We hope you have a enjoyable stay with us this time, ^kd, social media team

Hi, I am happy to change my review if you can tell me what pitch or where I am on the site or even had to see a site map! Ideally we would like a quiet pitch !

We have been coming to Twitchen for many years staying on the super pitches. However this will be the last time as the toilet facilities were awful, no toilet paper in any of the toilets and they looked as though they had never been cleaned.

I have booked my stay but it wasn't easy to find out what I needed to know before booking, and Ive had to resort to other web-sites to find out where it is. I was trying to book alongside a family member with an existing booking, but the the web-site does not make it clear that there are four separate sites, or where they are. There are no photographs showing the overview of the sites, panoramas, views, facilities; no maps to show here the different facilities are. A plan of a caravan is fine, but where is it? As a result I wasn't confident to book a caravan, so opted for camping instead as we will lose less money if it turns out to be dreadful. Even after booking (I worked out later that this at a different site two miles away) I have not received details of the address or directions. The booking system itself works but I want to see a map of where my accommodation is compared to the rest of the site e.g. do I now have a half mile trek to the toilet block, and do I need a torch at night to egt there safely? I want to see all these things *before* I book. A fancy video of surfing sets a 'mood', but I wanted facts.

Beautiful brand new caravan, in a stunning coastal location. The park has fantastic facilities for young families and should be 5* , however, the duty manager (today 27/03/17) is the most disgraceful customer service representative I have experienced in 30+ years of traveling the world. 4 days of speaking to the staff due to teething problems with the brand new van, just not interested, not willing to help. Just assumed I wanted money back (which I didn't) our holiday was ruined by their poor preparation, teething problems and mis-communication. Let alone two cars being burnt out, no gas to shower or cook food. Such a shame as we were about to re-book for high summer before leaving but I would advise everyone to sadly avoid place and it's 3 sister parks, due to how you will be treated! I fully appreciate places have teething problems and a simple genuine apology would have gone a long way but now I will be contacting all relevant authorities and media highlighting every issue due to how we were spoken to today. (And in 30+ years this is the first bad review I've had to write)

went through the booking on line, got as far as the offer then nothing ? had to contact the online help which was a very long process but helpful, reason I could not book = the COUNTINUE tab is NOT visible you have to 'run your mouse around the bottom of the page until it pops up' after that it was straight foward

Your booking experience is generally pretty good but there's one huge security concern you need to address. You email the passwords in plain text, the implication being that you also store the passwords in plain text. Best case, this means emails can be intercepted and passwords stolen, and worst case if you get hacked you would have compromised the passwords of all your users. If people only used a new password for your website, this wouldn't be so bad but users nearly always re-use passwords on other websites. Sorry for the doomsday speech. Best Regards, Tim
