“The service was fast and good communication .The delivery driver lifted up a note on the letterbox asking him to knock loudly as it is a big house and that i was in to put his sorry you were not in notice through the letterbox. He apologised 3days later when he redeliverd the parcel. That is not Wonderland Models fault but i thought I would mention it This is a shop i will use again and rate their service as EXCELLENT.”

“Wonderland Models are one of my few select online modelling shops that I use regularly. Why? Because they have good stocks of what I want. Their prices are good. Their website is easy to navigate for a silver surfer like me and is safe and secure. They post quickly and provide excellent tracking details on my order. They are trustworthy and are highly recommended by me.”

“How can you improve !? I placed my order late morning, a member of staff rang an hour later to make sure the delivery address was as accurate as possible to ensure fast delivery who was very polite and my parcel was at the pickup point 24 hours later. It doesn't get better than that - Thank you.”

“Prompt and efficient. Kits turned well packaged and with no sign of any transit damage. Just like picking them off the shelf. Would certainly use again. Only minor issue PayPal would be great for convenience. But not enough of an issue to stop me from online shopping again.”
