My recent purchase was toy guns with caps and humbrol paint and accessories. Previously I have also ordered plastic kits and railway related kits. “I placed a click-and-collect online order with Wonderland Models. The product became out of stock and I received a call from the team telling the situation. They were patient and informative, explaning what could happen and when the payment will be posted. They informed me the ETA to receive the stock and it happened as promised. No problem collecting it later when the confirmation email came through. Very good customer service! I'll recommend to others whoever looking for model kits.”

“I made a simple order for a few tins of Humbrol paint and a plastic cement on Friday 27th June late in the day. I did not pay for 24 hour service but the package arrived next day at 2.15 pm. delivery driver polite and friendly and the items were well protected inside the box. All in all a first class service.”
