“Item did not arrive within one working day even though I had paid for the express delivery service. When chased, their excuse was that the stock they had available had damaged boxes and were waiting for a fresh delivery. Customers should always be kept informed and I was not informed. I would like a refund of the express delivery postage please. Otherwise, the actual item was in good condition.”
