“Always a pleasure dealing with Wonderland Models. Onlline and via the phone, the team have been super helpful and delivery is always prompt and they take care with the packaging to ensure things arrive intact without wasting a lot on packaging. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recomended”

“I have no issue at all with Wonderland Models, as their on-line ordering is very quick and efficient, with a speedy turn-around time. However, their choice of DPD as their courier lets them down badly. My oder was due for delivery on a Friday evening. I received notification around the time the delivery was due that my items were being returned to the DPD depot and wouldn't be delivered until the Monday. This is not the 1st time that I have had this situation with the same DPD courier. He either is being overloaded and cannot complete the drops on his manifest, or when it gets to a certain point in the day, he decides that he isn't going to deliver any more items. As I say, no reflection on Wonderland, but if the courier can't or won't deliver on the promised date, a serious conversation is required with DPD.”

“Following a chat to Craig, I placed my order for four different, small paint and varnish pots, fully convinced that Craig had provided me with first class advice. Application of Humbrol Satin Cote Varnish 28ml, showed that he was spot on with the look and finish.”
