“Absolutely appalling ! I would not recommend you and will never use you again! Ihow you charge your prices is beyond me! I did a better job myself by hiring a carpet cleaning machine, after you people left! Sorry but you guys are a rip off and my carpets were just left left in a dirty soggy mess”

Hi I have tried calling and emailing you not sure what the problem was we alwasy offer to come back if needed. You had the extra moth treatment which you requested which doesnt take long to apply but its an expensive product. Thanks, Jon

“I tried to make contact to give you feedback on the previous cleaning. I was working from home, when the cleaner came. He was finished in no time less than 2 mins, I'm therefore not sure what sort of cleaning he did.”

Hi we have since rectified this issue there was an accident of some damage on paintwork which we put right, but the lady had not complained about the job it took our operative 1.5 hours to complete this.

“Very poor end result. The guys who came to do it were kind of rude, didn’t speak much to me about what they were doing, how long it would take etc. They said the carpet would be dry after 4hrs and it took 2 days. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“The cleaner rushed the attempt at trying to get my sofa cleaned, it failed miserably! Waste of my money! A bit more care & time would have helped get a much better result, the cleaner was done and away within half an hour I asked him if he was on price work!”

“Flooded with fake reviews! Just look at the timing of them. I’d stay well away if I were you. Hire your own machine if you can and do it yourself. Shocking all round.”

We send out customer feedback every month to our customers so often reviews come in blocks. I can assure you we dont need to get fake reviews you can see our reviews on checkatrade and google

“The representative was unfriendly and actually made me very upset, so much so that my eldest daughter had to step in and take over the rest of his time in my home. The carpet looked better but no smell whatsoever and visitors the following week said that if i hadn’t mentioned i had had carpet cleaners in they would never have noticed. What a waste of valuable money that I could ill afford, I am disabled and suffering with cancer, I really wanted a clean fresh carpet in my home where I spend EVERY day 24/7 exc for hospital treatment and appointments. “I wouldnt know what the cleaning was like. They cancelled the day before the booking so it was too late to book anyone else on the day that I needed the cleaning to happen. Unreliable!”

“Very disappointed after using this company for years, they cleaned my carpets not a good job, came back to redo it and was told it was my carpet, didi it my self with a little vanish and it looked good.”

“Hi I was going to call and complain actually. THe guy who did the carpets did not do the spray you normally do before using the machine just the machine and he was in and out in 20 minutes. it was clear to me that the carpet did not look as much cleaner as it normally does but i decided to wait for it to dry before getting in touch. I however then had to travel for work. This was very poor work. the carpets look exactly the same as they did before cleaning. its as if nothing happened. Im very disappointed!”

“We were extremely disappointed by Wizard Cleaning. We hired them for carpet and rug cleaning and the team spent less than ten minutes in a property. The job was rushed, there were many areas they didn’t clean. The team was also overfamiliar and used some of our house appliances without checking with us first (for example, they used the sink before we were able to remove glass from it, which could have broken). When raising this with them over email and telephone, we were told things such as ‘ the tools do not quite go up to the edges.’ and that they provided a ‘middle of the road’ service. Eventually, they stopped replying to our emails when we asked for at least a partial refund, having sent pictures that showed the carpets were not properly clean.”

“It was disappointing unfortunately. They made a mess in the hall, entrance and on the stairs. They were not considerate or careful. The stain on the carpet is still there so I haven’t seen any difference before and after cleaning the carpet in the room. I won’t be using your services again.”
