“Good at responding, booking us in quickly, arriving promptly. Not so good with actually deep cleaning the sofa. We did a better job when we hired the rug doctor ourselves just more effort and time consuming. There were patches that weren’t even wet from being washed and didn’t notice a difference once dried from pet smells (which was reason of booking them). Overall not worth it. EDIT — change from 2 stars After speaking with the team they’ve explained that the machines work differently to a rug doctor and can leave patches dry, they’ve also offered another clean to complete another deep clean if 1 wasn’t enough for a discounted rate. Lovely customer service and understandable!”

“The service we received was quick, friendly and efficient both in terms of our enquiry, booking, and the two representatives who attended our apartment to do the cleaning itself. We had just finished a 4 year rental agreement of our apartment which has light colour carpets throughout. The service we received in terms of actual cleaning was quick and efficient, and all areas and most of the marks were hugely improved after the clean. We were advised at the time of booking that the dark shaded areas which we had around the edge of some rooms would not be possible to remove, however after cleaning we did manage to remove a lot of these marks ourselves which was a little disappointing, however overall we would highly recommend Wizzard to anyone looking to arrange a carpet clean, costs were much less than our letting agent was going to charge us to do the same job!”
