“Friendly service but some of the marks didn’t go. Later I had to buy stain remover solution and cleaned it my self.”

“I had a different guy to the time before who cleaned my sofa's & I feel he didn't put the same effort into cleaning them as the guy did before which is a shame as I never like to put a bad review. The armchair is pink & obviously the marks show up more so by the time they did dry you can still see the colour difference not like before so I am a bit gutted to be fair.”

“Not happy, I ended up having to go back over stains and sensitive areas myself with a small carpet cleaner. I won't be using the service again. The only thing I can say is I was able to book the service easily and quickly.”

“Unfortunately only an ok job, wet day and Simon walked up my stairs in his wet flip flops, then brought his machine in which left mud and wheel marks all the way up my hall and stairs, which he cleaned but he left so much water on stair steps clearly seen on carpet. Offered my son to help with moving bed, which he didn’t take up. Parts of his work was good but other parts were poor such as area under bed which he said he did, but I just rubbed my had on carpet and a lot of hair came up in my hand. I felt there was a lack of pride in his work and disrespect to my home. New painted walls marked. He offered a reduced price when I voiced my concerns then offered it for free. however he did give 50 mins of his time so I paid £30 which he suggested rather than £50. Would not use again or recommend.”

“No different a clean to my home vax, carpet looked cleaner whilst wet but when dried looked not much different, it was also left so soaking wet that took over 4 days to dry”

“I still have this old stain in my living area that I think is a wax stain left for the last Year.... I did it and I was told that will desapear... And then the other thing is that you need to update your system because you didn't know who I was and what I had done 2 years ago....”

“Bedroom carpet clean booked. Cleaner tried to upsell on way in mentioning my hallway carpet "was a little bit dirty" I didn't appreciate this. If I wanted the hallway carpet cleaned I would of booked it.”

“Cleaning is fine. But to get 5 stars would need to up the game a little. Plus had broke glass coffee mat but didn’t tell me nor properly clear up after it.”

“The cleaning was generally very good but the areas that were heavily stained were only marginally cleaner. I had thought that as you had said it would all be done with a heavy duty cleaner, that all these areas would be thoroughly cleaned. I didn't say anything at the time as the cleaner had already finished and packed all the very heavy cleaning equipment into his car BEFORE calling me downstairs to look at the work. I decided not to make a fuss but as you are specifically asking, there's no point in me not telling you the truth.”

“They came for our next door neighbour at 7am and the industrial hoover was outside our door for an HOUR. Our bedroom is at the front of the house. Not the wake up call I was expecting. Maybe be nice if they operated in building hours like the rest of trade from 8am as it's so incredibly loud.”

“It was very expensive for the time spent on the job. One rug particularly mucky and although better, is by no means perfect. Other rugs highly patterned so unable to judge, but they did look brighter.”

“It was ok but not the best as they walked in the door they said they would clean the carpet as well free of charge sounded to good to be true as i found out after they had gone they only did that as they got the carpet wet anyway . They got the sofas so wet I couldn't use them for at least 48hrs, But they were clean when they finally dryed out . Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for in this world”
