“The overall services are very poor. The rubber seal of the washing machine is still very dirty after the cleaner put the chemicals. His attitude is terrible and showed some kind of threat. The oven is not sparklingly clean. He used all sorts of excuses to avoid doing a deep cleaning which I paid for. I complained to the customers service but nobody followed up. This company is no recommended.”

“It was ok. Previously they moved things but now they don't. For example we have a small side table to put coffee on and that wasn't moved. There is a chair which I a 4ft 10 petite woman was able to lift unaided. There were also toys on my daughter's floor I didnt see when putting things away and he didn't move those either. Looked good but didn't get rid of the stains.”

“Good at responding, booking us in quickly, arriving promptly. Not so good with actually deep cleaning the sofa. We did a better job when we hired the rug doctor ourselves just more effort and time consuming. There were patches that weren’t even wet from being washed and didn’t notice a difference once dried from pet smells (which was reason of booking them). Overall not worth it.”
