Hi Joyce unfortunately there is not a lot we can do with the marks at the edge these are draft marks or filtration marks which come from under the carpet they get worse over time. There are lots of articles online about these

“Hamid came and cleaned my carpets and did a very good job! His customer service was on point! Once Hamid, cleaned my carpets he actually was asked to clean my neighbours carpets too which wasn’t a planned job!”
