“Didnt get rid of urine smell which was what i was hoping for, also carpet stayed super wet for a over 4days”

“Disappointing - the operator was rushed. Barely let the pre treatment settle in and little effort or care. They sent him round twice as the first job made little to no difference. Same the second time. Would not recommend.”

“Some of the carpets were over-wet and took almost eight hours to dry. When making the booking, I asked for a few small spot stains to be removed but the operator said they couldn't be removed as he didn't know what they were. In addition, there were a few areas of high tread where the carpet seemed darker and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. I was told it wouldn't be possible to lighten those areas. I am wondering why I bothered to pay for the carpets to be professionally cleaned in the first place!”

“The cleaner didn’t clean the carpet under the bed as he said it had things on it and was too heavy. I was in the next room and he didn’t even bother asking me to move them. I guess the extra minute was too much bother.”

Hi thank you for your feedback we did send you a confirmation email explaining about furniture you cannot move heavy things around a damp carpet sorry if you had not sen that

“The man that came was very polite and friendly. Started cleaning my front room carpet, it took him about 15 minutes to do half of it. I said to him I am going around the corner to the garage because I needed to get some money. Cycled their , was about 15 to 20 minutes, no more. Opened the front door to see him at the bottom of mt stairs finished. Not possible. I said to him that surely you can't be finished already, he said it was a really good machine. My front room carpet is fine, my bedroom and hall and stairs, don't look like they have been cleaned. He has rushed to get finished. He kept going on how clean my carpets were compared to other peoples, I am going to have to get my bedroom, hall, and stairs cleaned again. Look worse now then they were before.”

“the gentleman who came was delightful how ever my daughters said that the sofa still smelt and my staircase still looked stained after it dried . The mattresses were great but others things not and i paid £200.00 so not happy”

“Cleaning technician, came but did not spend enough time on the job just gave it a quick once over, had a coffee stain on the carpet but did not pay it any extra attention which you would expect with a general carpet clean. Have used Wizard clean in the past and was happy with service but not this time.”

“Two guys turned up over an hour earlier than expected. I had two large rooms completely empty except for one bed. They didn’t move the bed and were out of here in less than 25 minutes having done a very mediocre job. I felt completely ripped off.”

“I paid £250 for carpet cleaning for my whole 5 bedroom house. The email quote states that the cleaners pre-hoover, which it turns out was incorrect information. Two cleaners arrived (both smelled of smoke and barely spoke English) and were here for no longer than 45 minutes to clean the entire house which was meant to have included a deep clean of the landing (they only had one machine between them). I expressed my concern about this to Angela when I paid over the phone, she seemed to think this was enough time to complete the job adequately (I note that their own website states it takes on average 1.5 hours to clean a 3 bed house…). After they had left I noticed big dry patches which had not been touched at all and once completely dry the stains were no better (I accept that stains may not lift completely but this wasn’t my main issue). I complained, and spoke with Elaine who did send another cleaner to go over only the stained areas again. The second cleaner was much more professional and did an excellent job, even getting into the corners of the stairwell and lifting the stains that the previous guys didn’t. He even agreed that 45 minutes to do the whole house is not sufficient. So overall I am annoyed that I have paid out a lot of money and most of my house has just been skimmed over and not cleaned properly. The fact that neither of the two people I spoke to at Wizard cleaning addressed this issue tells me that they accept poor standards of their cleaners and as a result I would never use them again.”

“The black 6ft tall guy was aggressive from the moment I opened the door. He was in a rush he said the socket was broken. He stormed into living room not asking where there is another socket. I tried calling the office no response mailbox full. In short my carpets look dirtier than before. Saw no foam or cleaning material. Paid £125 cash as he had no change of £1.40. I am really gutted!! Just a bad bad job. If anything he spoilt the carpets there was nothing professional in his cleaning or manner. He just left me with a large electricity bill and large black soggy carpets.”

“The carpet was too wet and soapy and needed to ask to be re done to suck up the moisture. The cleaned steps were not that clean. Most of all I felt the boss man did little and made the other guy do all the work.”
