“Unfortunately, I managed to remove the stains much better myself the next day using a shop-bought upholstery and carpet cleaner. The cleaner spent just one hour on two bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, and a deep clean of a mattress — which really isn’t enough time to tackle stains properly. For the price I paid, I expected a more thorough job and at least 2–3 hours of work.”
