“Excellent carpet cleaning company. Arrived on time fully prepared. Took the time to explain the processand answered all my questions. The cleaned the carpet thoroughly and even got out the stubborn stains that i thought was beyond saving. They treated my home with respect and helped move things carefully. Great service and i would use them again”

“Prompt and service was good for the most part”

“It was ok. Previously they moved things but now they don't. For example we have a small side table to put coffee on and that wasn't moved. There is a chair which I a 4ft 10 petite woman was able to lift unaided. There were also toys on my daughter's floor I didnt see when putting things away and he didn't move those either. Looked good but didn't get rid of the stains.”

Hi Rachel not sure if something was missed or if the chair maybe dried quick as under furniture deosnt need as much of deep clean as main traffic areas. If anyone is ever not happy we will always come back but unless we get the call we dont know. Thanks, Jon
