“The blades are interchangeable and unfortunately blades ordered and sent had 2 different blade parts. WB quickly sent a replacement part so I was happy!”

“Blades arrived exactly when promised, well packed and a perfect fit. Slight negative is that the fitting instructions are over a week behind the blades but, hey, it was easy. Price was excellent, definitely use you again.”

“Wiper Blades sent the blades ordered and with a good price. The reason it was not 5* rating was their delivery partner let them down. I paid for 48hr delivery, ordered on a Sunday, received Friday!! I have used Wiper Blades before and had faultless service though.”

“Ordered own brand wipers for my Clio mk 3. The video fitting guide linked to them on the website showed a different type of adapter - so not much use to me. The wipers had a strange pin type fitting which I just couldn't force into place. As it was a Saturday, all I could do was email my distress. First thing on the Monday, Ollie emailed back and was apologetic, sympathetic and offered to help. At his request, I emailed a photo of how far I could get with the wipers. He replied to say they shouldn't be that difficult and offered me a refund or replacement. I opted for the latter, which arrived a couple of days later. These were Lucas ones and fitted no problem. They were actually the fitting as shown in the video. Initially I was very annoyed at not being able to fit the wipers I had ordered but Ollie was so helpful in rectifying matters that in the end I was very satisfied with the service I received. Oh and the Lucas wipers, as well as being simple to fit, are just great. Almost whisper quiet. I will order those next time. By the way, the own brand wipers I had also ordered for my wife's Honda CRV fitted easily and perform extremely well.”

“The blades arrived promptly and were pretty easy to fit. However the passenger side blade does not clear at the extreme of the travel. This is Wales and it rains a bit more than many other places and they certainly do a good job of sweeping the rain away.”
