“Over night delivery. Very good quality item for price. Bought different securing bolts as the ones supplied didn't quite do the job.”

“Goods were easy to order and arrived when they said they would. Person who took the order was polite and helpful. The two safes were as expected for the cost of them. I've found getting the key exactly in the hole difficult but this should improve with use. I'd certainly use this company again.”

“Very speedy service. Ordered 1 day and delivered the next. Slight damage to 1 corner of cabinet but that could be a Courier issue”

“I was very happy with the gun cabinet, however the sleeve anchor fixings were a different story. They probably work as they should on 50% of holes drilled. On those they do not will find you cursing as you try to extract them for further drilling and lots of messing around. If you wish for problem free fixing use 10 x 75 mm "multi fix bolts" (screwfix ref: 89092) simply drilling holes, insert bolt and use socket to tighten. Very high pull out resistance in concrete, brick or stone and done in less than half the time. I would not recommend trying to drill the holes with the cabinet in place as the fitting guide suggests.”

“We are very pleased with the product which is a miracle because we have not seen such appalling packaging in a long time. Something so exoensive with a single bit of sellotape which had come unstuck is not how we e pect to receive a parcel. I wouldnt be surprised if you dont receive complaints about damaged goods”

“Gun cabinet:- had been looking for a gun cabinet to fit in to a narrow space for some time, came across this one on the internet. Measurements were just right so ordered one, came with in 4 days and fitted in the space just right. Well made with a 2 key locking door, reasonable cost so am pleased with the purchase.”

“Simple to use website, informative and accurate product descriptions made choosing the product simple. Fast delivery, only 4 stars as the site didn't specify the cut-off for next day delivery, which is 2pm. Great after sales service - would recommend.”

“The price was very reasonable and the safe itself is very sturdy. The first safe I received was dented and the door could not be unlocked - I believe this happened with the couriers not the store. I rang and spoke to a young lady at Winterfield who was extremely helpful and patient - arranged for a replacement and collection with no quibble at all. Safe now fitted and is great - definitely buy from these again”

“Very quick delivery, arrived next day. As described and easy to install. Only quibble is that door is not a tight fit when locked, doesn't seem to be adjustable. At least I can store my semi auto without breaking it down now.”

“I have been impressed with the pricing and service The safe was delivered as described, in pristine condition, next day delivery My only one gripe is that it is delivered with only two mounting bolts when there are four pre drilled mounting holes, although no huge drama it's something that could be improved”

“Dealing with Winterfield was fine however the delivery was taken to the wrong address! I waited in ALL DAY only to be told by a neighbour the next day that it had been delivered there and signed for by their painter! Not really good enough.”

“slight damage to cabinet on corner (small dint) and one of the keys snapped when I tried to use it. I rang to explain and they immediately offered to replace or suggested I could keep it with a slight discount, I did the latter and agreed to an £18 refund. Delivered next day early morning as stated.”
