HAVE BEEN WAITING NEARLY 2 WEEKS FOR MY PRODUCT STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT, WHEN I CALLED WAS TOLD IT WAS SENT OUT THEN RETURN TO SENDER. THEN WAS TOLD THEY HAVE POSTED IT BACK TO ME AND WILL BE WITH ME IN A FEW DAYS. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED. NOW JUST WANT A REFUND.

Quick response to my request to return a faulty product but from then on it has been a total disaster. I have had to email this company more than 8 times to ask what the status of this return is, never once have they contacted me to give an update, the time line taken from these emails is as follows. 16th March Window regulator ordered 21st March Part delivered, fitted and found to be faulty. 3rd April Part returned 11th April The part was processed and sent to manufacturers. 16th April the manufacturer received the part. 26th April window regulator man is waiting on confirmation the part is faulty 27th April confirmed the part is faulty and information for a refund is sent to the accounts department. 30th April Told the aim is to complete refund within 10 working days, but has to be by 30 days according to sale of goods law 14th May Email sent asking when I can expect to receive the refund. No reply as yet. This transaction has taken 43 days since the part was returned and 19 days since the part was confirmed as faulty. The industry I work in is supplier quality and I have to say if this kind of after sale service was encountered by our company we would cease to do business with window regulator man. My cynical side tells me it's because I wrote a bad review about the return policy, the process being extremely convoluted with restrictions on who fits the parts, home mechanics be aware they will not entertain refunds if you fit the part yourself. I am very sad I've been put in a position where I have to give a bad review but as I'm sure you can see the time it's taken for me to receive a refund for a faulty part is ridiculous. I will never again do any business with this company, their prices may be good but the after sales service is shocking. Regards Ian

Good Afternoon Ian, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback, we understand that returning an item can sometimes be a small amount of effort however our terms and conditions have been supplied by a qualified underwriter and are reviewed constantly, we have to monitor our return quantities and also review what is being returned so that we can keep offering quality products, without this being in place we would not be able to consistently review our product ranges to ensure customers are receiving top quality products at affordable prices! been waiting over 2 weeks for my mirror it still hasn't arrived have messaged them and asked for a refund but have not yet received a reply,not at all happy with their service

Nothing, after two weeks my item is yet to appear with no communication as to the nature of the delay.

The first person I spoke towas very good .i explained it was the new model insignia grand sport However when it finally arrives it was a ford They ordered another I called to collect and yet again wrong model The guy I spoke to was rude and said it was my fault I had ordered the wrong one I did not then paid another £15 to have the correct one Still waiting for delivery Hence to say The worst service I have ever had and would not recommend the company Please ensure mu mirror cover arrives next week or I will be calling trading standards

Nothing at all except the goods did eventually turn up 3 weeks late! Communications were non existent with me and glad excuses offered along with vague promised delivery dates - ie Thursday - but not specifying which Thursday!

Despite you having my vehicle reg and my advise re paint colour. My wing mirror is completely the wrong colour. I paid extra for the wing mirror to be spray painted, I am now having to pay again for the correct colour A refund would be great,

Avoid this firm like the plague! They will take your money when the part isn't even in stock. They told me on the phone when I was paying that I would receive my rear light between 1-3 business days. Then the confirmation email said 3-5 business days. A week went by so I dared to phone the "help desk" and ask where my item was. A very abrupt man told me they'd get back to me. 2 hours later, I got an email saying my item would be in stock in May, 3 months after my order! I phoned for a refund, which I got 7 days later. Horrible firm to deal with and very irresponsible. AVOID!

Nothing. Wing mirror wrong colour but the biggest problem is that you have no Customer Services Department to respond to emails on a problem which could be rectified so quickly. I will now have to be my money back via the credit card company.
