The whole service provided, from the girl on the phone, who knew exactly what mirror it was that I wanted to the product being delivered on time, also the price was extremely competitive. First class service was provided all round.

Nothing at all. Purchased and paid for on the 8th May. The wrong item was sent. I rang within 10 minutes of receiving it. I returned it as soon as I was emailed a returns label. Its now the 24th May and I still haven't been sent the correct item, nor have I had a refund. Its in the hands of my credit card people.

Nothing. Hyundai i20 Door mirror indicator unit with built in bulb was ordered to replace existing working one with cracked lens. They claim to test all parts before despatch. Didn't work, theirs didn't flash when the indicator was turned on. I filmed a you tube video to demonstrate it, and showed them the video. They sent another, that didn't work either. Original cracked unit bulb still worked, but neither of theirs did . I think there is some issue with their aftermarket parts quality.
