“We were ordering flowers for a funeral in the UK and did not know what to expect, whether the flowers would arrive in time, or whether the correct and heartfelt message would actually be delivered. This florist not only presented the most beautiful flowers, but contacted the undertaker in advance to ensure they would link up before the deadline and sent me an email to confirm everything, including that they had written the card out in their own hand. I was very impressed with their total service and customer care even from the other side of the world.”

“All the staff were so very helpful when I was ordering the flowers. As the flowers were for a funeral I was was finding the whole situation quite stressful. All the ladies I spoke to were so kind and reassuring during the transaction and when we saw the flowers on the day of the funeral we were overwhelmed. Thank you so very much dear ladies.🤗”

“Hi the taking of my order was done well & very efficient - very professional The order arrived when I was told it would & my friend was absolutely delighted - she sent a photo to me & I was as impressed The only fault. I wasn’t sent an email to say my order was processed but in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter - I’m raising it because another customer my get a bit “ grumpy “ about it - only saying as you are looking for feedback All in all 5star service all the way Thank you for a great service 😊”
