“The telephone service was excellent. Delivery for the funeral service was on time but I was previously advised that I would receive a message when they were en route and when they were delivered. Did not receive either”

“I can’t recommend Williamson’s enough. I heard at 2pm that my friend had been discharged from hospital and was at last at home. I immediately phoned Williams and they delivered beautiful flowers to her the same day. The member of staff I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Than you so much.”

“The flowers were amazing, and my daughter really liked the card. Sad just that there was no finesse on the greeting. Just printed out, my cute emojis only became question marks. I kindly asked the courier to call my daughter before delivery, which was not done. However, the flowers certainly arrived and my daughter was happy. Kind regards / Stefan Sjoegren”

“Great service and person I spoke to on the phone was super helpful. I had just missed the online 10am same day delivery cut off by 3 minutes so I called and they couldn't have been more helpful and still managed to put the order through for me for same day delivery. Recipient was over the moon and said the flowers were lovely and really good quality.”
