“For a £50 bunch of flowers I definitely wasn’t amazed by them was not worth the money, I also had a problem with the last flowers I ordered as well as online pictures are very deceiving so will probs not be ordering again from here”

“Ordered these flowers for Mother’s Day with a helium balloon. The balloon was not received or the card to say who the flowers were from. Not great considering the price I paid.”

“Buying from Williamson's was so fast and easy. I booked Mothers Day flowers for the next day without a hitch and they called ahead to make sure my mum was home and where to leave the flowers. All very happy - thanks!”

“Sent flowers for Mother’s Day and they looked lovely in the photo I was sent of them. All fresh and of expected size from photo. Also being able to get Sunday delivery was helpful. Will definitely use again.”

“I contacted Williamson’s to order flowers for my sister’s funeral. I dealt with Veronica at their Broughty Ferry branch. She was very helpful and kind on the phone which was lovely as I was upset. She made the whole process very easy. The flowers were beautiful. A fitting tribute to my sister. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“I feel the delivery time was great but the appearance of the flowers wasn’t what I expected as I didn’t get exactly what I ordered as the there were flowers missing in the bouquet, also I had ordered a mother’s day balloon but when it arrived it was a plain pink balloon with nothing on it, so I was disappointed with my order as I spent a lot of money to get something I didn’t order.”

“I ordered (and paid extra for) flowers for Mothers Day, these should have been delivered on Mothers Day (AM) as I had paid for this to happen. Instead they were delivered the day prior in the afternoon. I sent you an email requesting you delete my account as I am sure there are many florists who can get the order right.”

“The girl I spoke to on the phone was very lovely and made me feel she was making my order very special as it was an order for my friend for her husband’s remembrance and she was very considerate. I always feel Williamson always deliver what they say you are getting, will always recommend them”
