“Was absolutely delighted with the service friendly, but professional and helpful. Keiran is a asset to the company. My Christmas tree was delivered and set up for me since I am disabled. Sorry I didn't catch the name of the guy. Would highly recommend this Company and I look forward to using them in the future. Edna M Gray”

“If you get cut off forget about ever trying to get in touch with the same person again. After getting 90% through my order the call dropped. Each time I called back the "Broughty Ferry Shop" I ended up in different geographical locations. When I eventually got back to the same location, my order had been discarded. What a waste of 20 minutes and 5 international calls! Need a better call management system. And how about starting with "What's your number so if the call drops I can call you back!"”
