“Disappointed beyond belief. Having purchased a premium bouquet for to give to my mother at my 50th celebration on Saturday night, the flowers were so disappointing considering the price I had paid for them. 2 roses in the bunch and the other foliage had 'dead heads' on them. I honestly could have purchased better from a Tesco supermarket at less than half the price.. I would actually welcome your feedback on my order? I was a new customer to Williamsons but based on this rather expensive right-off, I can confidently say that I will be making no further purchase,”

“I was a little disappointed this time. I felt that some of the flowers were past their best and the red rose buds were drooping in a couple of days and dead within 4 days. My wife seemed very pleased which was the saving grace but she may have been just saying that.”

“Excellent service, Tracy and Paula in Broughty Ferry very helpful and sympathetic as flowers were for bereavement. They took time to recommend different flowers and colour schemes based on what ideas I had given them. Would definitely come again”

“Such a truly wonderful, helpful and cheery telephone first welcome! I was assured of same day delivery and the lady helped me all the way through. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of sending flowers and I know for sure the recipient also loved the beautiful flowers and chocolates she received. could not have been a better experience the WHOLE WAY THROUGH!”
