“Hi Williamsons, Order just delivered for my Daughters birthday: Took great pains to order a bespoke specific arrangement - namely: Lots of greenery - banana leaves / bear grass - one colour of flower only - white - small roses What was delivered: Assorted flowers - mixture of colours - and types - and many of the flower heads looked tired. No greenery or flowers I specifically asked for (went over this more than once when ordering)- not sure what is in there. Seems to me that this was a preprepared arrangement - that may have been sitting for some time. Definitely not as ordered.”

“I always find ordering flowers from Williamsons very easy, I probably do so 2 or 3 times a year. They are always very well received, they look fantastic. On the occasions I have popped into the Broughty Ferry shop, which is local to me, the staff there are also very helpful and friendly.”
