“I ordered my flowers for our Aneversary to be delivered AM. I requested delivery before 10.00 am which I thought was reasonable as I only five 5 mins from Williamson’s. Delivery arrived at 11:55am.”

“I was delighted with the service in your shop but on arrival at our Hotel I found out the flower I ordered was the wrong colour and that the flower was closed. I had asked for cream and green and got yellow and green. The Hotel reception cut some flowers from their display and made up 1 for my wife. This was not a great start to the weekend. I didn’t have time to complain at the time but I am doing so now.”

“Angela good, phone answered quickly, detailed order take and she repeated everything to make sure it was right; mail / app tracker was spot on to the minute. Quality and appearance excellent. I have used the service many times - infrequent and sporadic but over a long time - and will return. I haven't used anyone else since the 1st time I used them”

“Flowers were beautiful but not impressed with delivery. Drop down menu for address kept changing address picked from Drive to Park. Flowers left at door instead of being delivered in person. Contact telephone number requested on order but not used. Would have to think seriously about using service again. Also flowers were not in hat box as advertised but in basket.”

“I am from Canada, and was trying to send a bouquet to our cousin's anniversary. I had tried another florist with little success and was getting quite frustrated. When I reached Williamson's, I was greeted by a lovely friendly and very helpful woman. She walked me through everything with patience and kindness. She was very knowledgeable and made the experience easy. The folks who received the flowers were thrilled and said they were beautiful. I will definitely be using you again. You have Excellent customer service and product. Thank you!🇨🇦”
