“I live in Canada and needed to find a new, reliable florist when my Mother moved to Edinburgh. Williamson's was recommended by a family member, so I gave them a try. They did not disappoint! The delivery was right on time and the flowers were a big hit, I was very impressed when I saw a photo of the bouquet. Thank-you Williamson's for making me look good. I'll be back, but in a good way!”

“The online, telephone ordering and delivery reporting procedures were excellent. However I have to admit being somewhat disappointed with the quality of the 3ft Pink Rose and Carnation Casket Spray. The density of colour came over as quite sparse, and the overall impression was one of dry 'tiredness', rather than dewy freshness!”

“Spent £58 on flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday. Delivery was fine but several blooms in the bouquet were found to be faded and discoloured. Phoned to complain, and a replacement bouquet was delivered the next day.”
