“I have used them repeatedly and deliver service and flowers have always been good. The web site, on the other hand, sucks. No address book for repeated orders, you can find choices by "birthday", "funeral", etc, but can't see all the choices or choose by other ways. Like "red" or "roses". So once your get past the web site, everything is good.”

“I had a lot of problems this time with my email address and password. Never had this problem before and have used the site many times. It would not recognise my email as I don’t have a name in the address? I nearly gave up, after an hour and a half. Also please don’t offer a live chat when there is no one there to chat!!”
