“I ordered online, the flowers 💐 & card were as requested and delivered to the thier destination at a days notice - a great service - shame the shop in Pitlochry is having close for the time being.”

“Yet another example of your system not connecting! Having placed my order to which you refer via your website, nearly 24 hours later I received a phone call to tell me that it could not be met because you have closed your shop - yet the website had accepted it. And now you are emailing me to ask me about the order that you cancelled. I trust that you have now refunded me for the payment. It was disappointing and left me in a difficult position regarding getting a gift to an elderly lady on her birthday.”

“I ordered the Sweet Adoration hatbox with Spring Flowers for a couple who were celebrating their Diamond Wedding. They were delighted with the arrangement. Every time I have sent flowers through Williamson's the recipients have been delighted with the quality of the flowers and the arrangements.”
