“Staff at Broughty Ferry branch were helpful, attentive and courteous. Flowers were delivered by a taxi driver who was polite. The one negative was the delivery charge which was excessive for a local delivery.”

“I have used Williamson's for years due to the quality of product and the great after-sales service they provide. Beautiful bouquets every time, usually very prompt delivery (and the only time there was an issue they dealt with it brilliantly). I usually order online, and very often if there are any issues they phone immediately and make sure that they are resolved to my satisfaction.”

“Thank you for the delivery of my recent order for Valentine's day. I have to say that I was a little underwhelmed with the bouquet overall. It seemed a bit lacklustre mainly made up of pink blooms. A bit more colour would have been nice. Also, I seem to remember that at least one rose would be included but was omitted for some reason. I have had a lot of flowers from Williamson's over the years and this is the first time I've been a little disappointed. I see that you've asked for details on who made the delivery. I have no idea as the doorbell was rung and by the time I got to the door whoever had delivered was gone! I'll assume though it was you're own driver.”
