“I can't review the flowers as they were delivered to a colleauge and I have not seen them however the service is faultless - when requested an additional invoice it was sent by return and the delivery was made in perfect time. I am sure, as on previous occasions, that when I do hear, the flowers will have been beautiful!”

“I would give the Broughty Ferry florist shop full marks. Ordering and paying from abroad went smoothly. The lily and iris teardrop spray was fresh and as expected. One negative point which applies more to admin and head office. Please do not send this kind of review request to customers before the day of the funeral. Several family members complained about this. It gives the feeling the company is insensitive to the reason the purchase was made. Kind regards Ramona Källström Uppsala/Sweden”
