“Ordered Flowers Cream Exquisite Arrangement for my Girlfriends Birthday and what arrived was completely shocking and nothing like the Website Pic, then I had to take them back myself to get a replacement and was given something which was made up in like to mins, Sorry but I don't think I will be using Williamson's again as I feel very let down on which was meant to be a special day for my partner, I ended up buying a Bunch of flowers in Asda along with a Vas and made up a display myself..”

“I live in New Zealand and have used the service a few times. The Florist was very obliging and remembered my me by my Kiwi accent. I was email that the flowers had been delivered. The Florist was also able to say that flower market was the next day. I asked to wait until the next day.”

“I was so very pleased with the good polite helpful service I received when I called from Canada to send flowers & wine to my friend in Scotland....My questions were answered & my credit card payment processed so my friend got next day delivery. My friend in Scotland was very happy with the selection put together by your company & she will be reusing the tin container they came in.”

“I recently had occasion to order two flower 'arrangements' and chose Williamson's and what a great choice that was. I initially spoke on the phone and having confirmed they could accommodate my requirements at relatively short notice, I went on line to 'do the deal'. The web site is simple, colourful and very easy to use. The arrangements were delivered to my door on time and looked great in small white pots. Also they were very good value for money. Cannot find fault at all and definitely will use Williamson's again.”

“My phone call was answered promptly and very helpfully. The florist explained the choices for the type of flower and price bracket we wanted. The flowers were delivered promptly to the absolute delight of our friends who immediately sent us a lovely photo of the arrangement.”

“Having used williamson's florist on previous purchases, I opted to send her flowers as I was away for a time and expected the usual professional service from Williamson's. However, I was very disappointed that they delivered my daughter's birthday flowers to my home address and not hers. Despite filling in the form to send to her address directly not the billing address! They were left outside my door and due to the weather when she finally got them, they were wilted.”

“I have used Williamson's for several years now to order gifts for my Mum back home. They keep me updated at every step once I place my order from Australia. They always have beautiful designs and are reasonably priced. Delivery is always on time and the staff are amazingly kind and friendly. Thank you for the joy you give to my Mum x”

“The initial response to the request I made for the order was courteous and helpful, regardless of some difficulty experienced on the 'phone line !! However, it matters little what I thought. The real test is the reaction of the recipient of the order. She was absolutely delighted !! The choice of flowers and profusion of colours was exceptional !!”
