“It was very easy to order the flowers. They were delivered on time and greatly appreciated by the recipient. Unfortunately I've not seen them as my friend can't send photos. Very satisfied.”

“Our second order arrived WITH water in the plastic bowl. Our first order via Interflora did NOT! Fortunately we discovered this failing before it proved too late. The second order is very acceptable.”

“Fast efficient service and the goods were delivered on time. Brilliant! The bouquet of flowers was smaller than I had expected, given that it had cost £50. Works out very expensive per stem I thought. Chocolates were great thank you. Our family found no faults there. They loved them. Many thanks! We realise that your staff are extremely busy and working in very unusual conditions. It is gratefully appreciated. A pat on the back to you all. Keep up the good work! 💐”

“Due to the Covid 19 and Government legislation, I made a frantic call to Williamson’s Design Florist Ltd On Thursday morning as we received a call from the Funeral Directors that my mother’s funeral would take place on Monday. To complicate matters, we were informed that flowers should be delivered to the funeral parlour by Friday @ 4pm. The customer service was excellent, I spoke to a chap called Ciaran who spoke to me had a calm and friendly manner. Explaining the dilemma of the do’s and dont’s of cremation flowers and with very short notice, Williamson’s Design Florists Ltd came to our families rescue during our most difficult and emotionally time. The flowers looked amazing as they ensured the flowers were kept in water during the weekend and was kept fresh over the weekend for the funeral on Monday. We have great photos of the flowers and we are delighted how they still looked amazing over the weekend. We would like to thank you very much from our family. First Class Customer Service. “The flowers were ordered to be delivered at 3pm instead they were delivered at 12noon, 29th April. The flowers themselves were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Pity that they arrived so early,”
