“Ordering was very easy - lady who took the telephone order was exceptionally polite, patient and very helpful. Feedback from friend who received the flowers was excellent - the flowers were beautifully presented and lasted well.”

“Living in Australia with family in Scotland, I used to struggle to send gifts but now I use Williamsons to send flowers and chocolates, it has made life easy. The recipients love what they receive and it has made my life easier. I will continue to use them when needed and can't wait to check Xmas gifts.”

“I ordered sympathy flowers following the passing of a friends wife. He and his family were very moved by the beautiful arrangement that was Elie versed the following day about lunchtime . “I live in Canada and wanted to send flowers for a relative's funeral. First I got great advice from my local florist in Gananoque,(Magnolia Flowers) who told me to deal directly with a florist in Scotland and found me a phone number as well. Once I got through I spoke with a very nice and helpful gentleman who took good care of me even though I didn't have a lot of information to give him regarding the funeral. I certainly will deal with this florist in the future if I need to arrange any more flower deliveries. I don't expect the chocolates just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the excellent service! JS”
