“If you get cut off forget about ever trying to get in touch with the same person again. After getting 90% through my order the call dropped. Each time I called back the "Broughty Ferry Shop" I ended up in different geographical locations. When I eventually got back to the same location, my order had been discarded. What a waste of 20 minutes and 5 international calls! Need a better call management system. And how about starting with "What's your number so if the call drops I can call you back!"”

“I was so very happy with Williamson’s. The Christmas Wreath I chose to be sent was exactly what I ordered and delivered to my friend who was absolutely delighted with it. Living in California it’s nice to know I have this reliable Florist to call and place an order.”

“Had difficulty logging in on line, so phoned the shop. My order was taken and processed efficiently by a very helpful, friendly lady. I was kept up to date by text on delivery times. Have used Williamson’s now for many years and will continue to do so in the future. Flowers delivered were fresh and as described on their website. Many thanks.”

“I always use Williamson's when I want to buy flowers, and have done for years, I'm the second generation of customers and I've passed on this responsibility to my own kids. Williamson's are smart, fast and always deliver on time. This year will be the third time I've sent flowers to my mother on her birthday. The joy of getting the flowers delivered to her make it special. Thank you again. We also love come for lunch. Keep up the good work.”
