“Despite the current trading difficulties my phone call was dealt with by a calm and very helpful male member of your staff and I would commend him to you. A lovely bouquet was delivered on 15th April to a totally housebound elderly lady lady who was celebrating her birthday alone. She was thrilled.”

“Williamson's was my first choice for flower delivery to a sick friend in West Lothian. Disappointed at few flowers in the expensive bouquet. First size was £40 plus £7 delivery. Florist's choice only. A small independent local florist to me said prices if anything are slightly cheaper just now and she holds practically all her usual range and offers choice to customers. I don't think Williamson's was worth the money.”

“I found the online form frustrating to fill in. Some of the fields need to be clearer in the information they ask for or need to be separated for clarity. For instance sending to a funeral directors it requests a recipients name,is this the contact person of the directors or the deceased person? Also after giving the address of the funeral home it asks for a contact number again its unclear who's number that's required. Phoned both 0800 number and local florist number to ask advice but received no reply from either! An automated message would have been nice rather than the phone just continually ringing out.”

“I ordered a floral arrangement from Williamson’s for my mother-in-law as my father in law died and due to CoVid we cannot travel and be there with her. It is a devastating time. I ordered the Seasonal basket and it was 40 British Pounds plus 6 pounds for delivery, which is a total of 46 British pounds and more than $80 CAD. The arrangement was delivered on time but looked completely empty. It had 1 white rose and a few white carnations and some baby’s breath and greenery. Another family member bought an arrangement from another floral shop for the same amount and it was twice the size and looked a thousands times better. I know supplies and services are limited due to CoVid, but my mother-in-law put them side by side and sent a photo and I’m mortified. White flowers are Williamson’s, the pink ones are Lily West and they were gorgeous. I would not order from this company again.”

“There should be a sixth star for SUPERB SERVICE! Thank you for always delivering the sunshine and love that your flowers give my dad and Aunt Kathleen. “As I place my order from Australia I have always found either using the web site or phoning the staff so easy to do. Their selection of flowers is beautiful & the recipients have always been delighted. On one special occasion they really bent over backwards to ensure the delivery arrived on the day, I was so grateful.”

“Even in these difficult times, when I phoned to ask if they could do a delivery, the lady Janice was so helpful and kind, very understanding. She really lifted my spirits. The flowers were delivered exactly as requested and my auntie was absolutely delighted with the flowers. 👍👍”
