“I have been using Williamson's Florists for a few years now, first at their shop in St John's Road and latterly through their website, and have always found their service second to none. In fact I would not use any other florist. Friends and relatives I have sent bouquets to have always been highly complimentary of the floral arrangements received and of the delivery drivers. For my part, I find their staff courteous and helpful. I also like the fact that Williamson's has been in business for many years and are therefore experts in their field. I have given them five stars but think that "very good" does not do them justice. I would describe them as "excellent" and am pleased to be asked for a review. Well done Williamson's!”

“Buying flowers for condolences is never easy but, from the moment we walked into the shop, we were put at ease. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the choice and colours of the flowers lifted my spirits. Would definitely recommend.”

“I am happy with Nina's kind help with Eco Wreath chosen for my Auntie Joan however, disappointed I didn't receive a photograph before delivery to send on to Family here! Have always used Williamson's for previous occasions and know them to be professional. Warmest wishes Kirsten”

“The assistant I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. The flowers sent to my friend were just what I had asked for. I also received a picture of the flowers in the safe place they were left. I would highly reccommed Williamson's My Florists and will definately be using them again.”

“I ordered retirement flowers for a colleague and as we were closing early due to New Year was promised a delivery pre 12pm. The flowers did not arrive in time but due to the tracking info I was able to see that they would not arrive until later in the day after the shop closed I called Williamsons and they immediately took ownership of this. I was called back by them to say that they were redirecting the flowers to the home address. Within half an hour they had been delivered. Thank you for dealing with this with swift action and total ownership. I would recommend and use again. Sometimes problems do happen and it’s how they are resolved that counts!”
