“Having placed our order directly with the staff in the shop I was very impressed by their friendly helpful manner in helping us select exactly what we needed. This level of service continued when we received text messages advising us approx. times for delivery then later confirmation that delivery had in fact taken place. All in all a very nice experience. Thanks to everyone for their assistance.”

“I have ordered flowers from Williamsons in Pitlochry for years now. It used to be that I'd phone the shop directly, describe what I'd like and have it delivered. And it was always lovely! When the service went online I thought that the personal touch might go and that the product quality might not match the menu/promise on the website. I have never been disappointed. Thank you 😊”

“Although our daughter loved the flowers sent to her they were not what was ordered. It would have been nice to be notified if there was an issue with our order so WE could choose what to do about it. Why else ask for our phone number and email address? We paid for flowers we didn’t order.”

“Lovely website and selection of bouquets. Sent as a gift but I have visited the store and seen the quality for myself. The recipient was delighted, she's a real gardner so very honest! The flowers were delivered on time requested. Williamson's also did the floral displays for my late father's memorial service which were outstanding. I would recommend.”
