“The flower selection was nice however there was only about 7 proper flowers and the rest was green filling material. Sadly the bouquet was much smaller than the image on the website suggested.”

“Flowers ordered days before delivery. It was for a very special occasion however the flowers didn’t arrive until after 6pm . I appreciate it was a standard delivery at a shocking £9 but when I attempted to contact you after 4pm on the day of delivery, I listened to an automated message saying the lines were either engaged or the shops were shut.I was thereafter redirected to contacting you via email. The reason for my worry at a potential failed delivery was that I had received an email requesting a review when the delivery hadn’t even been received. The flowers were delivered and were lovely, however I had specifically requested no lillies and there was some kind of lily in the delivery. My mother , the recipient of the flowers, for her 70th birthday is currently undergoing treatment for cancer and her generation association lilys with death and funerals, so I’m not really happy with flowers resembling lilys or in fact some kind of lily in the bouquet.”
