“Very pleased with the freshness and quality of the flowers - and very helpful support people too. But the picture made the bunch look much bigger than bunch which arrived, particularly since I went for the "extra large" size.”

“The Captivating Amber Vase was a beautiful arrangement and certainly had an autumn look to it. The vase will be well used in the future. Diana in the Pitlochry shop was of great assistance in choosing the flowers and also taking me through the required paperwork.”

“The assistant was very helpful and understood what I wanted. Although it was for a sympathy gift for a colleague we chose the baby gift box as it was in my price range and I preferred the colours. She explained that it would be in a different box and allowed me to write my own card.”

“I was very pleased with the service when ordering my flowers and delivery was on time but I was very dissatisfied with the flowers and they were dead within a few hours Friends had bought flowers the day before from another shop and they were beautiful I spend a lot on these and was not impressed was going to call the shop but have been away”

“Always buy my flowers from Williamsons. Beautiful flowers that last for a good few weeks and cannot fault the customer services and delivery is always excellent.”
